The You Project

Understand your patterns. Lead yourself at your best.

Most people spend years trying to improve themselves without ever understanding the pattern they are operating from.

The You Project is a structured 7-session self-leadership intensive, beginning with a two hour Enneagram diagnostic to map your core operating pattern, followed by six development sessions translating that insight into how you think, decide and lead under pressure.

Using the Enneagram as a framework, we explore how you naturally think, respond to pressure and move through the world. By recognising these patterns, you gain greater awareness and choice in how you respond.

Instead of being driven by automatic habits, you can move more consistently toward the version of yourself that operates at your best.

The Enneagram and Emotional Intelligence

Much of how we think, react and relate to others is shaped by patterns that operate beneath our awareness.

While technical skill and IQ remain important, emotional intelligence has become one of the strongest predictors of success, particularly in leadership and complex professional environments.

Emotional intelligence involves two key dimensions.

Intrapersonal awareness
The ability to understand and manage our own thoughts, emotions and behaviours.

Interpersonal awareness
The ability to recognise how our actions affect others and respond in ways that strengthen relationships.

The Enneagram is a powerful framework for developing both. It reveals the deeper patterns that shape how we interpret situations, respond under pressure and interact with others.

When these patterns become visible, we gain greater awareness and choice in how we respond. This creates the foundation for stronger emotional intelligence, healthier relationships and more effective leadership.

This understanding sits at the heart of The You Project, where insight into your patterns becomes the starting point for greater awareness, more deliberate choices and the ripple effects that follow.

The You Project is designed to help you develop a deeper understanding of how you operate when you are in your element, and what tends to happen when pressure begins to pull you away from that.

Together, we explore your natural pattern, the strengths you bring when you are operating at your best, and the disintegration points that can emerge under stress.

By recognising these patterns more clearly, you gain greater choice. Instead of reacting from familiar habits, you can deliberately move toward the version of yourself that is more grounded, effective and aligned.

At its core, this program is about developing a deeper level of self-awareness so you can lead yourself, your work and your relationships more consciously.

The Process

The You Project unfolds across four stages designed to help you understand your patterns, strengthen your awareness and translate that insight into meaningful change.

  • See your operating pattern clearly

We begin with a two hour Enneagram deep dive to map your core operating pattern.

This session helps you understand how your thinking, emotional responses and decision making patterns show up in work and life, highlighting both the strengths you bring when you are at your best and the tendencies that emerge under pressure.

  • Recognise your patterns in real time (sessions 2-7)

Across the following sessions, we explore how these patterns show up in your everyday experiences.

You begin recognising the environments where you are most in your element, the triggers that activate stress patterns and the habits that quietly shape how you respond.

This stage develops a deeper level of self-awareness.

  • Choose how you respond

As awareness grows, we focus on how you apply this insight in real situations.

You strengthen your ability to interrupt old patterns, make clearer decisions and operate more consistently from your strongest capacities.

  • Create change beyond yourself

When you understand how you operate and begin responding more deliberately, the effects extend beyond you.

Your relationships, leadership and environment begin to shift as the changes you make influence how others experience and respond to you.
