When something is shifting, a role, a relationship, a life stage, or the way you carry responsibility, it helps to have a steady space to pause and make sense of what’s changing.

One to one coaching offers a grounded, confidential space to deepen insight, navigate transitions, and integrate more conscious ways of living and working. This is personalised support for people who are capable, reflective, and ready to relate to their life and work with more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust.

Purpose

One-to-one coaching offers a private, focused space to deepen insight and support meaningful integration into everyday life and work.

This work supports people navigating periods of change, pressure, or transition, when old ways of coping, working, or holding responsibility no longer quite fit.

Some people arrive with professional questions. Others come with personal crossroads. Often, the two are intertwined.

Each engagement is tailored to you. The focus, pace, and depth of work are shaped around what will genuinely support your development. This may include navigating a life or work transition, recalibrating how you carry responsibility, strengthening boundaries, restoring wellbeing, or working with patterns that quietly repeat across relationships, work, and self-leadership.

I bring a psychologically informed, insight-led approach that integrates coaching, wellbeing, strengths, personality, reflective practice, and therapeutic perspectives where helpful to support deeper self-understanding and sustainable change.

I am a practising member of PACFA (Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia) and work within PACFA ethical and professional standards. My coaching practice also integrates the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics.

This work may follow Common Ground Foundation or Pathways, and is also offered as a standalone support where individual depth is most useful. Offered as 4 or 6 session packages.

• 60 - 120 minute sessions
• Online or in person
• Insight-led, evidence-based, reflective and practical
• Packages available for 3 or 6 sessions purchased in advance with Afterpay options
