Illuminate: Executive Leadership Reset
“Preventative leadership work, before burnout, disengagement or attrition take hold.”
An Insight-Led Reset for Purpose-Driven Leadership Teams Shaping the Future
About
The Illuminate Leadership Wellbeing & Effectiveness Review is a preventative, evidence-based leadership review designed for leaders who carry significant responsibility - and for organisations that want to sustain leadership effectiveness over time.
The Illuminate Executive Leadership Reset is a tailored, closed-group experience for executive and senior leadership teams who want to pause, reflect honestly, and realign how they lead - individually and collectively - to move the organisation forward.
This is not a generic offsite.
It is a disciplined, insight-led reset that combines individual wellbeing data, facilitated dialogue, and practical planning - anchored in the real pressures leaders are carrying.
Drawing on the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS®), Illuminate provides leaders with a structured opportunity to step back, assess how they are really tracking, and make informed, conscious choices about how they lead, live, and perform.
This work combines individual diagnostic insight, confidential coaching debriefs, and a tailored collective offsite, enabling leadership teams to align wellbeing, effectiveness, and future direction - without blame, performance theatre, or superficial solutions.
Illuminate is coaching-based, evidence-led, and highly contained, supporting clarity, accountability, and measurable progress across the year.
Who it’s for
Illuminate is designed for purpose-driven, values-aligned organisations and the leaders within them.
This includes:
CEOs, Partners, Executives, and Senior Leaders
Founders and professionals managing sustained complexity and demand
Leadership teams performing well - and wanting to continue performing well
It is particularly valuable when:
pace is high or unrelenting
energy and focus feel compromised
people dynamics consume disproportionate effort
leaders want insight before issues escalate
the organisation is entering a new phase, year, or strategic cycle
How the review works
-
Each leader completes the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS®) in advance.
GLWS® provides a holistic, evidence-based view of leadership wellbeing and effectiveness - highlighting strengths, pressure points, and early risk indicators.
This creates a grounded, objective foundation for reflection and action.
-
Each leader receives a confidential 2-hour one on one coaching debrief before the offsite, supporting them to:
interpret their results meaningfully
identify early strengths and pressure points
recalibrate focus and priorities
take ownership of how they lead and operate
This step builds psychological safety and readiness before any collective work occurs.
-
Leaders then come together for a facilitated, insight-led offsite, fully tailored to the organisation’s context.
The offsite is designed to:
reflect honestly on what has worked - and what hasn’t
surface leadership patterns and capacity under pressure
align around what is now required to move the organisation forward
translate insight into practical, realistic leadership commitments, individually and collectively
The experience integrates disciplined dialogue, structured reflection, and embodied elements (such as a guided walk or shared meal) to support perspective, connection, and integration.
-
Within 12 months of the initial diagnostic, participants complete a repeat GLWS® assessment to track progress against their original insights and leadership commitments.
Each leader receives a confidential one-to-one debrief of their re-measured profile, supporting honest reflection on what has shifted, what has held, and where pressure or drift may have re-emerged.
This is followed by a facilitated group offsite, where the cohort collectively:
reviews how they are tracking against agreed commitments
acknowledges what has genuinely changed in how they lead and work
celebrates progress and appreciates how far they have come
identifies what requires recalibration or renewed focus
clarifies what is needed for the next phase of leadership and organisational direction
This checkpoint ensures insight is not a moment in time, but something that is recognised, integrated, and carried forward — with equal attention given to learning, accountability, and appreciation.
The GLWS® Framework
GLWS® offers a whole-person view of leadership wellbeing and performance, examining eight interconnected dimensions that shape a leader’s capacity to sustain effectiveness:
Working Well
Living Well
Authentic Relationships
Meaning, Purpose & Direction
Resilience & Equanimity
Vitality & Energy
Balance & Boundaries
Intellectual Engagement & Flow
Insight from the framework is paired with coaching-led interpretation and practical action – not generic recommendations.
