Common Ground Foundation Program: Understanding Your Brain Under Stress

This is the starting point for Common Ground.

A calm, facilitated workshop designed to help you understand how your brain responds under stress, build self-awareness, and gain perspective alongside others.

This session is complete in itself. Many people attend once, gain meaningful insight, and leave feeling clearer and steadier.

Common Ground Pathways Program: Real Life Application

Common Ground Pathways is a 4-week facilitated small-group series for people who want to apply the insight gained in Common Ground Foundation to everyday life.

Where Foundation focuses on understanding how your brain responds under stress, Pathways supports you to notice those patterns as they arise, in relationships, decisions, responsibilities, and moments of pressure, and to respond with greater choice over time.

*Note you must have completed Common Ground: Foundation to join this program
